**Exceptional opportunity!! We are looking for a Part Time Endodontist to work 3 days per week rotating between each of our 3 locations in Manassas, Woodbridge, and Fairfax.**

Our full-service family dental care practices have been providing outstanding specialized dentistry for 55 years. Our compassionate dentists offer a wide variety of dental services to adults, teens, and children, starting from the young age of two. By providing numerous services all in a single local dentist office, we’ve become a convenient one-stop family dental center.Our knowledgeable staff speaks many languages, including English, Spanish, Chinese, Amharic, Arabic, Hindi (Urdu), Syriac, and Vietnamese to make those in our multicultural community feel welcome and at home in our office.

Responsibilities

Provide dental endodontic services and treatment plans as prescribed by examination and x-rays. Treat dental tissue disease and teeth.

• Examines, diagnoses, and treats diseases of nerve, pulp, and other dental tissues affecting vitality of teeth.

• Examines teeth, gums, and related tissues to determine condition, using dental instruments, x ray, and other diagnostic equipment.

• Diagnoses condition and plans treatment.

• Treats exposure of pulp by pulp capping or removal of pulp from pulp chamber and root canal, using

dental instruments.

• Performs partial or total removal of pulp, using surgical instruments.

• Treats infected root canal and related tissues, and fills pulp chamber and canal with endodontic

materials.

• Removes pathologic tissue at apex of tooth, surgically.

• Reinserts teeth that have been knocked out of mouth by accident.

• Bleaches discolored teeth to restore natural color.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for Board Certification by the American Board of Endodntics.
• Completion of Endodontic Residency program.
• Licensed to practice dentistry in the state of Virginia
