IT Services Project Supervisor

Overview

The IT Services Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the deployment and integration of IT solutions for clients. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to lead a team of implementation specialists. The Supervisor will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.

This position handles advanced operation in on-boarding and implementing IT in the offices. Our goal is to ensure that these projects’ process and status are monitored and tracked to allow for completion of our goals.

Responsibilities

a. IT Services implementation team

b. Onboarding of affiliations

c. IT Services Implementations

· Special projects

· Help Desk tickets (Escalated tickets)

· Emergency phone calls

· Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT implementation projects from initiation to completion.

· Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

· Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

· Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment and at home if needed. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position may require some travel.

This position requires the ability to occasionally lift products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

Qualifications

High School Diploma Required

· Associates or Bachelors’ Degree in related field preferred

· Experience in managing IT Projects (2 years preferable)

Qualifications/Training:

· Skilled knowledge and experience supporting staff or customer service.

· Excellent people skills.

· Dental/Medical office experience 1 to 2 years.

· Ability to troubleshoot software issues.

· Communication skills

· Intermediate to advanced experience with the use and application of the most current technologies and products used in the industry.
