Bryn Mawr Dental is looking for a Full-Time Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team in Bryn Mawr, PA, to provide a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. We are committed to providing comprehensive, personalized care in a warm and welcoming environment, prioritizing patient comfort and advanced treatments for optimal oral health.

Position Overview:

As a Dental Hygienist at Bryn Mawr Dental, you’ll provide exceptional care through routine cleanings, assessments, and education, all while supporting a dynamic team of dental professionals. We offer a friendly, growth-oriented workplace where patient comfort is always a priority.

Schedule:

4 day workweek – Monday-Thursday

Bryn Mawr Dental is a well-established, successful, fee for service practice, providing exceptional dental care to our community. We understand the importance of modern technology and are currently utilizing Piezo and we’re excited to be adding Overjet AI, and Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), in the near future!

To ensure our hygienists get off to a successful start, the candidate we hire will be offered a short training program, so when they begin to see patients, they will feel confident and comfortable in their new position within our team. Great for new grads!

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
• Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene
• License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Certification s: Local anesthesia certification preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
