Konikoff Dental is looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team in our Shore Drive Office located at 2829 Shore Dr Suite 100 Virginia Beach, Virginia 23451, United States. Status: Hourly + Monthly Performance Bonuses

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: Base rate of $45 – $48 per hour, with unlimited earning potential exceeding $60 per hour.
• Sign on Bonus: $7,500
• Monday 8-6, Tuesday 7-3, Wednesday 8-5, Thursday 7-3, and 1 Saturday/month 8-12
• Average Patients Per Day: 8

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
• Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene
• License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Certification s: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
