Plantation Dental Services is looking for a Bilingual (English & Spanish) Treatment Plan Coordinator to assist our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment.

Position Overview:

As a Treatment Plan Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in guiding patients through their treatment journey, educating them on their options, and ensuring a seamless scheduling and financial coordination process. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about patient care, detail-oriented, and skilled in administrative support.

Hours: Mon- Fri 9:00-5:00

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

· Educate, consult, and present patient treatment plans in clear and supportive manner

· Schedule and confirm patient appointments

· Verify and process insurance for clinical appointments

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and information using dental software

· Collect and process payments for services rendered

· Manage doctors and hygiene schedules as needed

· Support marketing and promotional efforts to drive patient engagement and growth

Qualifications

• Qualifications:

  · High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  · Minimum of 2 years of front office experience, preferably in a dental setting and dental software

  · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
