After serving in Iraq as an Army Reservist, Dr. Gordon Chiu became a partner with Towncare Alliance, which was later acquired by DCA. Now Dr. Chiu combines his passion for dentistry with a passion for volunteering.
Over the years, he has volunteered numerous times in the Dominican Republic, and he recently signed on with Mercy Ships, a hospital ship in Africa. He also continues to drill with the Army Reservists on the weekends, and goes away for a couple of weeks every summer.
With DCA to support him, Dr. Chiu knows that his practice will be well taken care of in his absence. “I like a little bit of adventure…and the Army needs a lot of dentists. The partnership allows me to serve my country and work at the same time.”
