Racine Dental Group is looking for a Dental Assistant in Racine , Wisconsin to assist our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment.

As a Dental Assistant you are an integral part of care team in providing support to the office and assisting the professional dental staff with treatment. • Competitive hourly pay $18Min-$25Max
• Part time: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 7:30am-5:15pm

Responsibilities

• Clinical Support: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist dentists during procedures.
• Patient Care: Welcome, comfort, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Radiography & Diagnostics: Take and develop X-rays, assist with impressions, and maintain study models.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow workplace regulations..
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including scheduling and patient intake (if needed)
• Helps dentist manage dental and medical emergencies by maintaining CPR certification, emergency drug and oxygen supply, and emergency telephone directory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior dental assisting experience not required — we are willing to train the right candidate

• Dental Assistant certification (CDA) not required

• X-ray certification not required

• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused attitude
