Ramapo Dental Care is looking for a Full-Time Dental Hygienist in Suffern, New York, to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. Position Overview:

As a Dental Hygienist at Ramapo Dental Care, you’ll provide exceptional care through routine cleanings, assessments, and education, all while supporting a dynamic team of dental professionals. We offer a friendly, growth-oriented workplace where patient comfort is always a priority.

Compensation & Incentives

• Competitive Pay : $50-$55 per hour, based on experience + bonus potential
• Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8-5
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
• Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene
• License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Certification s: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
