Treatment Plan Coordinator

Overview

Konikoff Dental Associates Pediatrics is looking for a Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator in Virginia, Beach to assist our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment.

Full-time: Tuesday to Friday, with one 1/2 Saturday a month

Responsibilities

• Educate, consult, and present patient treatment plans in clear and supportive manner
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Verify and process insurance for clinical appointments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and information using dental software
• Collect and process payments for services rendered
• Manage doctors and hygiene schedules as needed
• Support marketing and promotional efforts to drive patient engagement and growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Front office experience, preferably in a dental or medical setting and dental software, preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working with various dental insurance plans, couples with strong communication skills.
