ASCEND is Dental Care Alliance’s premier doctor development program for early-career general dentists. Designed to bridge the gap between dental school and confident clinical practice, ASCEND combines hands-on training, mentorship, and expert-led education to help doctors expand their clinical knowledge, refine their technical skills, and strengthen clinical decision-making. Through focused learning in areas such as endodontics, oral surgery, implant dentistry, clear aligner therapy, treatment planning, and patient communication, participants gain the experience and confidence needed to provide exceptional patient care and build a successful, long-term career. DCA’s ASCEND program encourages dentists to take part in ongoing mentoring, training, and networking. We are proud to partner with SPEAR Education to deliver a critical part of this program, four days of immersive in-person clinical learning in their state-of-the-art lab classrooms. The learning covers all the essential skills to give these doctors a “jumpstart” in:
