Chief Information and Security Officer

Joel Olivio was named Chief Information and Security Officer for Dental Care Alliance in June 2023, following 14 plus years of dedicated service to the company. With a robust background encompassing over 24 years of experience in information technology, including a decade-long tenure in leadership roles within DCA, Mr. Olivio brings a wealth of expertise to his new position.

In his capacity, Mr. Olivio leads a dynamic team of IT professionals, steering Dental Care Alliance’s technological advancements across various domains such as cloud computing, information security, risk management, network engineering, cyber security, data storage, encryption, and beyond.

Mr. Olivio holds a bachelor’s degree in information and technology management and a Master of Science in Information and technology management from Western Governors University. His academic foundation, combined with his extensive industry knowledge, positions him adeptly to deliver top-tier national IT solutions and support to the local communities served by Dental Care Alliance.
