Designed by dentists for dentists
DCA’s Ascend program encourages dentists to take part in ongoing mentoring, training, and networking. We are proud to partner with SPEAR Education to deliver a critical part of this program, four days of immersive in-person clinical learning in their state-of-the-art lab classrooms. The learning covers all the essential skills to give these doctors a “jumpstart” in:
- Meeting production goals
- Delivering incredible patient care
- Executing treatment planning & foundational procedures
- Mastering critical skills, including restorative, oral surgery, and endo
Doctors gain hands-on experience to hone their clinical skills and build a support network as they enter their career with us at DCA.
