Dental Care Alliance Welcomes New Chief Operating Officer
Sarasota, FL – Dental Care Alliance (DCA) is pleased to announce Dale M. Hockel, Jr. has joined the company as its Chief Operating Officer (COO).
As COO, Hockel will be responsible for driving continued organic growth, optimizing operational performance and improving service capabilities at DCA’s Sarasota-based corporate support campus and throughout its 265 affiliated dental practices in the Eastern U.S.

Prior to joining DCA, Hockel served as COO for Alliance HealthCare Services, leading strategic planning, business development, patient experience, and operational performance for radiology and imaging facilities across the U.S. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Science from Buena Vista University, an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and is a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives.
